• Please click HERE to fill out the online Kindergarten Registration form. *This form is required! We can no longer take KG students for this school year unless they are transferring from another KG in a different state, country or district.

• If you are not able to register and/or sign up online, please contact  enrollment@aeaohio.org

• Only a child's legal guardian may register a student.

• If you are looking to enroll for the 2026-2027 School Year, please click HERE to fill out the Kindergarten Registration Form that is required.

In addition to the enrollment paperwork, you will also need to provide a copy of:

• Student's Birth Certificate

• Student's Immunization Record

• Proof of Residency Documentation (can be one of the following:)

  • voter registration card

  • lease agreement

  • mortgage statement

  • utility statement

  • bank statement

  • rent receipt
