Lakewood Spirit Week starts September 23rd!



Lakewood 10th graders went to Magnet last week to learn all about manufacturing, workforce programs, and technology.





This week Strongsville 6th and 7th graders got to make bubbles using various types of soap to see which bubbles were the best, scientifically speaking!

The Strongsville senior seminar students welcomed Brent Ferguson of "Guitar Riot" today. They learned about running a small business, working as a musician, and how guitars are built by hand. He even took a few requests 🎶

AEA Lakewood juniors participated in the Cuyahoga County Your Voice Matters Youth Voiting Summit in downtown Cleveland. They learned about the power of a vote and using their voices to become confident voters.


The Strongsville car wash is up and running and ready for cars!


Students at Strongsville had free choice time during art to work with blocks and sand.



Ms. Onderak went to visit all the K-5 classrooms in Strongsville so students could meet her and learn what school counselors do each day! Students learned where to find her in the building and how to request to see her as well. Lastly, they met Ms. Onderak's counseling companion, Ellie the elephant, and each lesson finished with a calming coloring activity.




Support our seniors and get a clean car! Our seniors will be washing cars from 9am-2pm on Thursday, September 12th at the Strongsville Campus. We are asking for a $5.00 minimum donation, but all donations are accepted!


This week in science Strongsville KG students are learning about plants and what they need to grow! Each student planted their own bean seeds today and will watch them over time to learn what plants need to grow: water, sunlight or both!




Getting back into the swing of things at Strongsville with fire drills and lunches.



Lakewood Campus is diving right into hands on learning this week! The sociology class learned about early human stone tools. They got to carve their own stone tools with soap and plastic utensils.
